YOU HAVE TO WAIT for another BR win because the ute’s lost again.

Another disappointed ending.
Grade: F+
Rating: 4
Could been a 2 from you
Tough ending the the week with another BR Loss. Likewise the first $6K Final Spin did help Maurica catch Joseph but it wasn’t enough to catch Him. I Thought it was I HAVE TO QUIT. Needed an WYHO. Overall A Great week despite a Long BR Loss
Nevertheless, my rating: Low 6
Weekly Rating: Like I said it was a Great week with 4 Contestants winning Over $40K with 2 Winning the BR with Over $47K & $52K Respectfully. 7.75
Let’s be honest, the first two rounds were AWFUL, but the moment Joseph landed on the EXPRESS I knew this could potentially turn the episode around, and he took off in a big way from there and never looked back… until a $6K FS Round brought Maurica from zero to within $4K ($21K) of Joseph ($25K).
But then unfortunately Joseph ran out of steam in the BR. I cringed when I saw his confused look on his face, and sure enough Joseph is our 2nd straight Blazer loser. I RSTLNE’d the puzzle btw, but yet another opportunity for a winning week in Bonusland gets squandered away.
Grade: D+
Rating: 6
Even though this week ended in disappointment, I find comfort in the fact that every one of our winners this week went home with at least $25K including BR wins and over $40K up until tonight’s episode.
Weekly Grade: C-
Weekly Rating: 7
Hate to say this, but I have this sinking feeling that we’re about to endure another long losing streak in the coming weeks given Jason Zuffranieri’s current reign on Jeopardy! & to recover the budget from those high totals given away these first two weeks.
Special of Jeopardy, there was a triple stumper in the final.
2 weeks into the season and we’ve yet to have gone 3-for-3 in FJ! and we already have one DDS (last season it didn’t happen until Christmas Day) and three FJ! Triple Stumpers.
When are we gonna go 3-for-3 in FJ?
I think once Jason’s run is over it’s going to be a rough season. Goes to show how unlucky the number 36 is…
Also, remember what we said about posting Jeopardy comments in Jeopardy posts and WOF comments in WOF posts.
recently FJ! sweep from july 23, 2019, jason game 3. I hope for better than S36 of wheel…
nice comeback for maruica, Too bad she fell a little short, though…
next week, TPIR S48 S.P. I hope for DSW drought is over…
Decent end to the week.(A would’ve helped from BR)
next two week, two total wipeout themes.(Big money & California Coast, latter extra episode is painfully jackpot loss) I hope for better than S35.
ep.rating: 6.5
…and so, another losing week in the books.
Final score for the week: BR 3 losses to two , 1 car, lots of trips….but no cigar, and no donuts, thank goodness.
Today’s rating – 4 of 10 (losing show), week rating – 6 of 10 (losing week)
Despite the 6k Speedup and the Express run, this episode wasn’t that good.
R2 was pretty non-sequitur aside from the small/mini similarity. Also, Marcia would’ve won the game had she not made that critical dud that round.
It’s official: The new prize minimum is now $7K. Also, why the extra eight dollars at the end? And thank goodness that Wheel updated the video footage for the Caravan.com Central America tour.
I had the third puzzle of the triple tossup off the B, but I thought the 1st one was EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH early on.
The first 6k final spin of the season, and most of the audience doesn’t give a **** about it. Great…
Welp, the streak continues. Jason’s still the current Jeopardy champ, Prize Puzzle determines the winner, BR minimum and car envelopes keep popping up…
I really wished that we had better puzzle solvers playing those bonus rounds because I had that instantly with the RSTLNE (Although I thought YOU HAVE NO IDEA without any letters showing.). I really hope that Mike Richards gives out better audience and contestant quality next season.
I’m currently in statistics this year and I’m enjoying it. I actually started an ongoing project examining the scores for all of the winners this season (Bonus win or not.). This is the summary I have so far in the first 10 episodes (Totals are rounded up to the nearest whole dollar.):
Highest: $71,980 (9/9/19)
Lowest: $22,634 (9/10/19)
Median: $42,345
Lower Quartile: $26,320 (9/13/19)
Upper Quartile: $52,066 (9/12/19)
Mean: $41,728
Standard Deviation: $16,351
Total accumulated by winners: $417,276
This episode sure was wild, with slow first rounds, an Express run, and Maurcia’s near-winning comeback. The BR – I think the A’s would’ve done it.
My rating: 7
BTW, my weekly rating is a 7.
