C #10: 3 teams made game day dishes incl. popcorn, pretzels & beer. However only 1 chef per team could cook for every 12:00 rd.

Team Camille:
Mika: Ham croquettes + pretzel crust
Carlos: Beer braised bratwurst + peppers, onions & horseradish mustard
Camille: Chocolate covered popcorn + cashews & chili pepper

Chrises:
Christopher: Beer battered fried shrimp
Chris Oh: Popcorn crusted Korean fried chicken
Chris D.: Cheesy pretzel bread pudding

Team Marcel:
Martel: Popcorn & pretzel crusted seafood ball
Marcel: Crispy crunchy beer battered fried chicken
Kess: Peanut brittle + caramelized popcorn & pretzels

SPLIT $2400- Team Marcel

C #11: 3 teams of 2 (they weren’t allowed to team up w/ someone they just cooked) cooked food pairings for 30:00. 1 teammate cooked for 10:00 (unlike the prev. challenges, they couldn’t watch what their teammate was doing), then their partner would cook for 10:00 & finally they would cook together for the last 10:00.

C #12: They cooked using stuff from TV dinners but none of the judges would taste the dishes.
Chris D.: Reconstituted beef in watery gravy + a flourish
Carlos: Salmon + green bean puree & carrots
Marcel: Green bean & carrot splatters + salmon
Martel: Veloute + floated potato puree & tomato oil
Mika: Chicken crumble + salsa Verde 
Chris Oh: Black & black brownie
Kess: Meatballs + green bean puree & macaroni

W- Mika

C #13-14: They made an entree & dessert using the same color in 45:00.
Mika: Yuca & sweet potato mofongo + a pork picadillo & mango/passionfruit pastelito 
Martel: Seafood chowder & fennel cream + raspberries, strawberries & lemon
Marcel: Beet ice cream + blackberries & salmon + beets, berries & pickled onions
Carlos: Chicken + mole sauce & hushpuppies + Mexican hot chocolate sauce
Chris D.: Scallops + tomato confit & strawberry streusel 
Chris Oh: Vegetable bibimbap & avocado brulee
Kess: Salmon + shaved carrots & banana cake soaked in Italian buttercream

KESS LOST (everybody else had a chance to withdraw for $2400, then $4800 but nobody took it)
